Cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps, outlet from *5mm to **0mm. This series are also named as heavy slurry pump owning to bear-abrasive parts and heavy base. SH,SBH,SM series centrifugal slurry pumps are used to pump high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended solid particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones and etc. in the industries of metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building material and etc. The temperature of the pumped solid-liquid mixture should be<=*0, and the weight concentration should be <= *0.

 

1. Grey iron or nodular cast iron made split casing pump. The wet parts are made of high chrome alloy or natural rubber, abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. Bearing assembly is adoptable of cylindrical structure, it is easy to adjust the space between impeller and front liner .Can be removed completely when repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
3. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.

4. The discharge direction can be positioned at intervals of *5 degrees as request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

5. Drive types: V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.

6. Wide application, good NPSH and high efficiency. The series pump can be installed in multistage to meet the delivery for long distance.
