1 multi-function bottle blowing machine
The machine adopts touch screen operation, realizes the man-machine dialogue. Special design of the secondary air system, to ensure the quality of the bottle shape stability. Heater is used four-paragraph infrared temperature control, digital automatic voltage regulator temperature control system, can preform to set corresponding heating temperature according to customer's different bottle. It has a reasonable structure, covering an  small area , power consumption, low gas consumption, strong stability, etc.
2 Arranging bottle machine
PLC control in combination with frequency control of motor speed to ensure the whole production line synchronization operation. Using three times putting bottles of institutions, improve the efficiency of the bottle. Characteristic design of bottle dropping components to adapt to the different length of the bottle. Out of the bottle drawing wheel is equipped with card bottle detector. Umbrella  shape tower is equipped with detectors, through the start-stop hoist to control  the storage capacity of the host hold bottle . Good design can avoid bottle turning over. Controlled by synchronous belt and star wheel at the place where bottles come out, ensure the stablility, not falling down, squeezing bottle. The whole machine adopts centralized lubricating system of fixed-point, timing, quantitative lubrication.
3 empty bottle conveyor system
Air duct conveyor line, professional design for a variety of shapes and sizes of empty PET bottle conveying. Modular design, air duct installation and production line workshop layout is simple and quick. Being able to  provide different ways of transport for different specifications of the bottle type design

4 up-caps machine
Reservoir-cap ultraviolet sterilization device is installed in the cabinet, and through the ultraviolet lamp irradiation of bottle cap to realize the cap sterilizing.
5. three in one filling machine
Bottled water filling machine adopts the star wheel drive technology, to achieve automatic washing bottle, filling and capping. 6. Bottles  conveyor system
No-Pressure conveying system control by relying on automatic differential speed signal acquisition and real-time feedback system, can realize the state on the conveyor belt in a state of movement from multiple columns to change smoothly as single row, without squeezing each other. Electric control system adopts PLC control of the real bottle conveying buffer system operation, automatic running speed, acceleration and deceleration automatic buffer.
7 bottle blowing water machine
High-pressure blower air supply, make the high-speed air flow from slit blow off the residual water left on the surface of the bottle. Slit tilting arrangement, all the bottle side can be blown to at a high speed.
8. Lamp inspection
Lamp inspection is mainly used for the quality inspection before packing after transparent bottles liquid filling.

Pneumatic valve filling  time can be set to 0.*1 seconds,this can make the measurement precision  controlled in the range of error of plus or minus 1%, reduce unnecessary material loss, improving economic efficiency of the user.
Each filling head of measurement can be individually adjusted, in order to realize filling measurement is consistent.
The machine set the filling bottle technology application, no bottle, counting does not reach the designated position is not, only when the counter records to the set number of bottles and filling bottle is consistent to the filling.
