Supporting System for Calibration and Acquisition

Suitable media: steam, water, natural gas, flue gas, etc.

Appropriate occasions: the occasions with large deviations between measurement and process, wide differences between production consumption, and unbalanced pipe network. Various differential pressure instruments, electromagnetic, ultrasonic and other instruments can be calibrated under working conditions. It can be used as a data entry for energy management.

Function 1: Process analysis and comparison. Process calculation on medium systems such as steam can be performed. The amount of steam produced through built-in thermal calculation algorithm can be analyzed and compared with the measured value for real-time calibration.
Function 2: Sedimentation compensation. The measurement is not accurate because of siltation measurement in the pipelines, which can be improved by this function.
Function 3: Wear compensation. The use of differential pressure flowmeters often changes the opening ratio due to end face wear. This function can realize the compensation of wear for measurement
Function 4: Humidity compensation. Some steam and other humidity cause the measurement to be inaccurate. This function is combined with our company's independent product insertion working condition flowmeters (including temperature, pressure and humidity integrated sensors) to realize online real-time compensation of humidity.
Function 5: Wide range compensation. With the aid of fluid calculation, a variety of range ratio algorithms to achieve measurement compensation.
Function 6: Compensation for shortage in straight pipe sections. Fluid calculation facilitates the compensation for flow algorithm for industrial sites. Usually the verification algorithm of the measurement & verification institutes is adopted, which, however, is an idealized algorithm, not suitable for industrial sites and largely influencing metering measurements. In contrast, the ideal algorithm with non-standard unit of measurement makes for accurate measurement for industrial sites.
Function 7: Multiple transmission modes. This function supports wired and wireless transmission, and remote monitoring and analysis on such medium data as steam, which can be transmitted to DCS, etc., or directly used as data entry for energy management.
Function 8: Multi-channel output and query. It supports multi-channel output, historical listing of queries and historical curve analysis of temperature, pressure, humidity, flow rate and other data.
