The difference between our tubes and the tubes in the market,

a. the driver from normal tube is made with DIP components,the pins of these components through the PCB hole will be cut after the solder machine welding,and at that time there'll be sharp coner cut of these components. If they're covered by insulation heat shrinkable bush,though the insulation result is achieved,but there'll be two major problems:

There'll be poor hit dissipation due to the heat shrinkable bush, the electrolyte solution from electrolytic capacitor(E-cap) will be qualititively changed due to high tempereture and the life time will be reduced substanitially.

The  heat shrinkable bush will be aged after long time in high temperature,the sharp cornor cut of the component will fierece the bush and make short circuit of the light which leads to risk of electric shock.

Due to the above reasons the design of our PCB is single board, the DIP components will be manually welded similar as SMT so that we don't need the heat shrinkable bush for insulation and with good heat dissipation from the tube body and high temperature resistant long life E-cap, we're confident to provide warranty **5 years.
