Snow Plow ( Snow Plough) When it’s about snow cleaning equipments, snow plough ( snow plow) is the first one comes to mind. Snow plough is attached to the carrier vehicle’s front bumper with a connection plate and it’s controlled from the driver cab by a control panel. TDI Snow Plows can be classified into two segments according to used body material , namely, polyurethane body and steel body, besides, another classification is possible with respect to mechanism of the snowplow blades, namely, disc spring type and helix spring type. Snow ploughs are produced according to carrier vehicle’s technical specifications, weather and road conditions of where snow cleaning is done. Snowplow (Snow Plough) Hydraulics DS type snow plows controlled by hydraulics. Power for the hydraulic system is transmitted by a power-take-off (PTO)attached to the carrier vehicle’s gearbox that is accupled with a gear type hydraulic pump. Controlling hydraulic valves via electronic control panel, it’s easy to operate the snowplow from the driver cab. Snow clearing is done with snowplow’s own weight, there’s no need to execute extra downward force. Control Panel Snow plough is controlled by a control panel located inside the driver cab. This control panel has functional control s to operate the snowplow. Mentioned functions are namely, system on/off up-down-left-right positions of snowplow and snow cleaning mode ( free fall / floating). Control panel is illuminated for easy night operations. Hydraulic system is connected to control panel by wire with socket connections.
