The soft-start Switchboard adopts the method of gradually voltage increasing that avoids direct start-up and the problem of mechanical and electric pressure. It can lengthen mechanical life of the ESP-unit and reduce maintenance, which can make it more economic and safe to meet starting requirement for ESP unit. Main functions: 1. Decrease starting current. 2. Eliminate operating over-voltage. 3. Builted-in Surge voltage absorption equipment. 4. By-pass contactor. If the controller senses that the soft starter itself has a malfunction, the output voltage can be switched to full voltage to ensure the continuous running by the built-in bypass contactor. 5.
