2)Used in softening process to giving a fluffier and bulky hand feel .

Dilution method: Cool dilution, first pour the flakes into water (*0℃) in the proportion of ***0%(w/w),stir the mixture slowly to split the flakes ,then leave the mixture aside for **2hrs.After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, restir the mixture slowly to get an even paste.

*-Warm dilution, pour the flakes slowly into water(*5℃**5℃) in the proportion of ***0%, stir for the mixture for ****0mins to get an even paste.

Direction for usage:

Padding process :**3g/L,exhaust and pad at ****0℃

Dipping process: 0.**0.8%(O.W.F)for ****0mins,at ****0℃

Features for application:

JL-T*0 is a softener for cotton ,linen ,silk, wool and their blending products, knitting products woven sweaters, towels, gives the fabrics super softening and elastic effects,

JL-T*0 works wonderfully in denim, water finishing fabrics, knitting products, woven sweaters, towels ,gives the fabrics bulky and smoother hand feels.

Especially for light color and white color fabrics.
