INTRODUCTION

YD****0AD Al paste is used for BSF(back surface field) of Si solar cells. This paste can form Al-Si alloy by annealing and get an excellent ohmic contact with Silicon wafers with some characteristics such as strong adherence, good conductivity, and homogeneous thick layer. The BSF made by YD****5AD results a higher solar cell efficiency.
