LECICO P***0 IPM is a deoiled Lecithin Powder, light tan to medium yellow in colour for use in various dispersed food systems and as dietic Health Food. LECICO P **0 IPM is neutral in taste, has a good solubility and act as dust controller. As instantizing aid it improves the wetting properties of powdered drinks and helps to disperse easily hydrophilic and lipophilic components.
Provide manifold concentrated active substances with the high content of phospholipids and is a natural source of essential fatty acids.
