His wife, is the manages the administrator, financial and human resources area. His son, an agricultural technician who qualified from the Shunji Nishimura Technology Foundation and also has a degree in Business Administration, coordinates the technical side and is responsible for the coffee sales and marketing chain. His daughter, an agricultural engineer, helps with the administration and financial management and coordinates the company's certifications.
