High Silicon Foundry Pig Iron with deleterious impurities minimized and usable Fe-Si alloy maximized is subject to special classification beyond conventional GOST (ex Soviet) standard and it is offered for sale as special customized material actually. The novel unique producers who make it adjust to special customized requirements and become flexible to offer conventional foundry grades L1 through L6 where deleterious elements (Mn, P, S, Ti, V, Cr, Pb, Al, Mg) are diminished to zero or guaranteed not to exceed 0.4%.
