金屬渦卷墊片
Spiral Wound Gasket

金屬渦卷墊片為半金屬墊片中回彈性最佳的墊料，由薄鋼帶與各種填料(filler)交替捲成，其結構密度可依據不同的鎖緊力要求來製作，並利用內外鋼環來控制其最大壓緊度，故可應用於較粗糙的法蘭面，特別適用於負荷不均勻、接合力易鬆弛、溫度/壓力週期性變化、有衝擊或振動的場合。本公司可承製規格1/2~5000mm外徑。本公司亦可提供低應力渦卷墊片，其最低墊片密封應力為傳統渦卷墊片的60%，故特別適用於ANSI 150#與300#的低壓法蘭接頭以取代一般非金屬墊片。

複合材料指搭配兩種材料如: 石墨Graphite、膨體四氟 ePTFE、非石棉Non-Asb.、雲母Mica、陶纖Ceramic…等均可。

位於內外側的雲母除了分擔部份密封功能之外，最主要它內外包覆在石墨外，形成一種隔熱功能而提高耐高溫性，並形成無氧空間，使石墨填料可在較高的周溫發揮密封作用。而石墨的柔性及順應性可發揮良好的密封性。亦可避免流體受到石墨的污染。
