2, Second layer: Marine Petrolatum Anti-corrosion Tape. Wraped from bottom to top, and at least *0% lap joint.
3, Third layer: Seal buffer layer.
4, Forth layer: New Type High Strength Fiber Glass Steel Safety Cover.
5, System fittings: Hardened epoxy in water, **4L bolts, baffle, support lathedog.

** Description
1. Pile Coat System provides corrosion protection for steel, concrete, deformed steel structures in the splash and tides zones.
2. The products are most widely used for marine pipelines, risers and pilings anti-corrosion protection projects.
3. The system protect the substrate against water, oxygen, salts, acids, caustics, and mechanical damage.
4. The system accommodates piles with cylindrical sections or deformed steel structures, it is comprised of and interior anti-corrosive barrier of marine grade petrolatum paste & tape, and outer protective cover provided by HDPE or High Strength fiberglass jacket.
5. The tough HDPE or High Strength fiberglass jacket is secured with SS**6 stainless bolts through a simple hydraulic system. The jackets also have excellent long term UV stability. The system has service lives of over *0 years.
