This spraying and cooling tunnel absorbs advanced technique of the similar domestic and foreign equipment. It adopts the treatment of three-stage circulating cooling water and is used for the cooling of drinks which does not contain gas, such as tea drinks, fruit juice, soy sauce, etc. The cooling time depends on users’ speed regulation. The machine is fabricated of stainless steel (SUS**4) and has an aesthetic appearance, whose system is safe and reliable.

It uses hot water showering and cooling gradually by 5 steps.The system is equipped with CI dosing pump, which can adjust the CI volume according to the water supply. Water is heated by steam and let to the tank after using and recycled by showering pump. If the hot water exceeds the fixed value, it will be transported to cooling tower and recycled after cooling.

The conveyor belt used to convey bottles adopts high-strength plastic chain mesh, which has high strength and wears resistance. Main transmission adopts speed-stepless motors which makes it easy to change the conveyor speed.

Efficient spray system

On the chain board of this machine there are atomizing nozzles arranged in an organized and uncluttered manner. This machine can spray every part of the bottles uniformly and make full use of spray water in a large spray area.

It adopts sensitive temperature control and free settings

This machine adopts temperature control system which enables high accurate temperature control and quick reaction. After pressing the  of the control meter, the set temperature can be changed freely.

This Machine is used for hot filling production line is based on the technological characteristics of self-developed special equipment for hot-filling production line. Aircraft through the sprinkler system water as the cooling medium temperature, the product quickly and evenly heat from the filling state after cooling to room temperature, to prevent adverse changes in the product under high temperature, is conducive to maintaining the flavor of the product itself, is conducive to after-packaging machinery work.
