The hard banding of stabilizers employ "pressed in" Tungsten Carbide alloy s or other anti-wear materials. All stabilizers should be ultrasonic tested. Our company also provides non-magnetic stabilizers. Our company manufactures four kinds of stabilizers as below: 1 Integral spiral stabilizer (premium chrome molybdenum alloy steel and non-magnetic low carbon chrome manganese alloy steel) Integral Spiral Stabilizers are made from AISI ***5H Modified alloy steel or Non-magnetic alloy steel, the pressed type or applied Tungsten Carbide hard banding on the blade facing are available. The Non-magnetic stabilizers have special hard banding on the spiraled blade surface that the magnetic properties have been eliminated. 2 Interchangeable sleeve stabilizers The interchangeable sleeve stabilizers are made of ***5H alloy steel. Heat treated to ******1 Brinell Hardness and *4 Joules minimum impact **8Value. All physical properties would be guaranteed 1" below the surface. The kind of stabilizer is constructed of two pieces which are jointed by the center connection and one sleeve. Every stabilizer is equipped with a certain size of sleeve. 3 Sleeve Stabilizers The sleeve stabilizers are made of ***5H modified alloy steel which is fully heat-treated to ******1 Brinell hardness and *4 Joules minimum impact **8 Value.
