Product Description


We take this opportunity to introduce a Krystal & unique chemical technology for stainless steel
Pickling and passivation. The technology, the only of its kind has excelled in the international markets and in Indian market.

The product STAR as it is termed, is approved by the Indian institute of technology ( I.I.T. - Bombay ) under ASTM A - **0. Their inspection report states that STAR chemicals when tested have cleaned and passivated stainless surface satisfactorily under American standards for testing materials (ASTM A- **0).
The one product from STAR is,

STAR Gel  ( paste / Gel form ) which is used to clean weld seams and surrounding areas and is applied with brush. It is used to remove heavy scales, discolouration, annealing colours, rust particles near weld and welding affected area by heat without grinding or wire brushing or buffing.

Application Process : Apply " STAR Gel " on Stainless Steel welded seam & nearby area with nylon bristles brush. Give contact time of 5 to *0 minutes depending on grade & thickness of SS and temperature of SS surface. Then, wash with water properly with light scrubbing with plastic scubber (if required) . And, get to tally silvery white surface without grinding or buffing.
 
STAR Geldoes not necessarily require separate passivation chemical process to be done.

Area Coverage : approx. *0 to **0 meters of running weld seam area per kg of STAR Gel.

STAR Geldo not give yellow or black marks on surface after washing with water.

STAR product  is accepted by various third party inspection agencies.
