Description:
E**8L**6 is a low carbon electrode used to weld Types *8Cr*8Ni( **4 or **4L), **1, **2 etc stainless steel meterials. The weld deposit contains a maximum of .*4% carbon, which minimizes the formation of chromium carbides, and consequent susceptibility to intergranular corrosion. The weld deposit, with controlled ferrite, gives excellent welding performance, heat-proof, corrosion resistance.
Notes:
1. The oil stains and rust on the welding should be cleared away.
2. Pls use stainless steel brush cleaning bead to avoid iron mied affacting weld quality.
3. Pls Dry *0 minutes at ******0°C before welding.
4. Take out a small quantity into ******0°C drying cylinder, when operation.
5. Do not carry electrode over half-day using quantities.
6.When swing the electrode, swing width should be within 2.5 times of the electrode diameter.
7. Try to keep short arc and low current, in order to reduce creazing and improve toughness.
