Introduction: MF***5P CNC Fiber Cutting Machine is a high cost-effective laser cutting machine, this opto-electro-mechanical product is assembled by fiber laser source, water chiller, fiber cutting head, cutting lathe, controlling system and ventilation system etc.
Structure: This machine offers processing on fixed workpiece and of gantry moving structure. It’s a CNC laser cutting machine of two-axis linkage and is controlled by three-axis, in which X-axis and Y-axis linkage are responsible for two dimensions cutting, while Z-axis tracks the surface of workpiece.
Guide&Drive: Three CNC axes are all oriented by two rolling guide rails, X-asix and Y-axis adopts AC servo motor and is driven by both pinion and rack while Z-axis adopts AC servo motor and is driven by the ball screw. The AC motor, ball strew, guideway， reducer, pinions and racks are imported with famous brands.
Controlling System: Specialized controlling system imported from German and easy to operate; professional cutting control software is compatible with CAD and automatic text programming.
Laser cutting head: The sensor and the cutting head are of US brand with perfect cutting effect.
