~The main characteristics of the KSA system:

1.             Can display the temperature and time with LCD panel. The temperature range is *5~***5~**1which can be set by customer or controlled by the smart system; while the time range is 1~ *0 minutes which can also be set by customer to meet their requirement or set to the special mode Non-stop (displayed as CH in LCD).

2.             Fast steam generation: With the special and delicate design of the system, a large volume of steam will come out within 5 minutes after the heating elements begin to work, and quickly boosts the temperature to the setting value. The intelligent heating-by-section function make heating process more efficient and minimize the energy used, more importantly, non-stop steam generation is ensured even during the water tank filling period.

3.             As professional we could tell you that the decisive fact for a steam generator is actually the quality of the heating elements rather than functions. Therefore we choose the best magnesian powder, **4# stainless steel, and seal glue to guarantee a durable product. We also oxidize the heating elements surface with Teflon (Figure 1 Heating elements). More importantly, the advanced automatic washing, cooling and draining functions (Figure 2: Draining Electromagnetic valve) minimize the conglomeration of calcium and magnesium on the heating element so as to greatly extend the life of heating elements.

4.             Multi-protection. Besides the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter ), the KS series also installed the following protection circuits: over-heat protection; lack-of-water protection; over-pressure protection, assisted by the newest microprocessor technology to give automatic diagnose message in order to give customer maximum level of safety and easy trouble-shooting when any fault happens.

5.             Automatic filling function. Could also install water magnetizing filter Figure 3: Magnetizer to filter impurity, or pressure reducer to reduce the inlet water pressure, or external light according to customer requirements.  

6.             For KS**0A control panel, there is a pause for user to pause the system when operating.

7.             This model is very small in size so could be installed in under limited condition.
