We are selling own brand steel panel radiators Astherm. Main body is manufactured from 1,*5 mm thick cold rolled steel plates in accordance with the EN standarts. All radiators with *5 mm pitched water circulation channels profile. In the fully automated plants of **0 meter in lenght, the interior and exterior surfaces of the panels, after cleaned in different acid baths, are coreved with zinc-phosphate with direct spraying method to project each panel radiator against corrosion and chemical effects. The panels are properly dried, primed with water based paint which is environment friendly; baked at **0 C, painted with standard white (RAL ***6) epoxy-polyester electrostatic paint automatically by robots at special cabins using powder coating method. Then they are baked at **0 C **0 C again. The perfect surface coating obtained as a result of a process taking **5 hours and being executed without manual intervention, the panels are highly protective against all type of weather conditions, humidity and physical hits. The quality control is carried out at every stage of production lines in the specially disagreed test pools. Each panel radiator is applied pressure test up to *3 bar twice until %**0 leakage free. These tests enables us to use them at high rise buildings and places requiring high working pressure with confidence.
