Production line of reinforcing mesh welding machine
This machine is used for wire mesh4~8mm. It is a fully automaticwelding equipment designed and manufactured by ourselves absorbing advanced resistance welding technology.
from home and abroad, of which isthe most advanced welding machine in China. It consists of welded equipment, line and cross wires feeding device, mesh stepping system,
mesh laying and convey device, air cylinder cutting system, electrical control system, cooling system and wire mesh conveying and laying system. The material can be rolled ribbed steel wire,
cold or hot rolled round steel wire and stainless steel wire. Mesh welding and welding time were controlled by digital circuit.
1. Line wire and cross wire areboth in coilwhich is different from traditional machine. Before getting into welding platform they are pre straightened by wire straightening device.
2. Line wire and cross wire can be stored so when line wire or cross wire is used up the machine can still work for a long time.
3.Water cooling system is applied on transformer, upper and lower electrode in case short-circuit and to prolong their life-span.
4. Welding adopts late-model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big which enlarge the range of wire diameter size.
5. In order to adapt the capacity of the clients, welding transformers dont work at the same time but separately and one by one when welding the same row of cross wire.
6. It is equipped with wire mesh cutting device which is powered by air cylinder.
7. Wire mesh panel are conveyed and layed by conveying device saving time and labor so only 2 persons are needed to operate the machine.
8. Welding speed is 0~90 times/min. working speed mainly depends on material of the wire, steel bar diameter, space and length of cross wire, capacity of transformer etc.
