Tube to tube welding using a combination of TIG and MIG welding or TIG/TIG welding gives full penetration of rotary tube joining welding.
Specific Purpose:
TIG+hot: TIG+hot wire is used to back, fill and cap.
TIG+cold wire: Means to use the technology of the TIG welding and cold wire feeding. The torch is located at the position of about *5° angle. The tube is not beveled and the seam is finished once.
TIG+MIG: TIG is used to back, fill and cap with cold wire or MIG is used to fill and cap in order to obtain the high quality and complete penetration.
Performance Characteristic:
Input preset schedules, display data through man-machine dialog conveniently based on touch screen.
PLC system controls the welding parameters and programs.
AC servo system accurately controls the AVC, rotation, weaving and wire feed speed.
AVC system implements the automatic control of arc length of TIG. (Except the TIG+ cold wire).
The sweaving of welding torch is to obtain the required welding seam width and good fusion of both sides.
