Stress Path Triaxial Testing System

General description:

TKA-SPTTS*5 Stress Path Triaxial Testing System consists of TKA designed software, TKA stress path triaxial cells and 2x2/ 1x3MPa/**0cc standard pressure/volume controllers. Three of these pressure controllers link the computer to the test cell as follows:
One for axial strain and axial displacement control
One for cell pressure control
One for setting back pressure and measuring volume change

Large **2**4 monochromatic graphic display to view data recording in real time. Meanwhile, testing data can be saved through the spreadsheet software

Features:
1. Automatic area adjustment. The system can automatically work out the sample average area by the volume change and axial displacement, and is widely used in all the controlling calculation. (The average area is defined as the cross-sectional area of the cylinder which has the equal height and volume to the deformed specimen)
2. Pore pressure is measured by the pore pressure transducer which connects with the pedestal
3. Resolution ratio for the test of volume change is 1mm3
4. Axial stress measured by the underwater load transducer in the triaxial cell eliminates the problem of friction force
5. Axial displacement is measured by 2 way independently: measured by transducer directly, indirectly by the volume change of the cell
6. When conducting the typical U-U, C-U and C-D test, the stress or strain controlling method can be adopted on the compression and tension test
7. The system could adopt single continuous linear stress path in the stress space
8. The system can do the consolidation test with constant strain rate by TKA hydraulic consolidation meter
9. Proceeding data acquisition by the remote feedback module equipped in each 3MPa/**0 cc standard pressure/ volume controller
