This system's objectives are to cut down of CO2, improve working surroundings and reduce environmental load by not oil energy at metal processing site. The strong alkaline water which is made from this machine is more safety than metal working oil and degreasing solvent. Reduce the cost significantly using this water instead of processing oil. This system was developed by K&K Inc.(JAPAN), Osaka University and Osaka Industrial Technology Research Center for high quality metalwork, environment friendly and less CO2 from all factory.
