For the past 2 years we have been interacting with surgeons, O T technicians and nurses, anaesthetics and others to know the various pro and con of the presently available suction machines. Being manufacturers of special diaphragm pumps and shaded pole motors, we found that a number of complaints can be overcome by using our diaphragm pumps and motors. Diaphragm pumps do not use any oil or piston in a cylinder. b) It has no friction whatsoever while operating and therefore has long life. c) Our pumps are coupled to a shaded pole motor which consumes power which is even less than a tube light and can therefore operate from an emergency battery source without loading it ***** a period of last 7 years or so, we have manufactured over ***0 such pumps with hardly any complaints for various applications like medical equipments, pollution testing machines, gas analysers and other industrial applications. We are now proud to say that we have very successfully introduced during the year ******5 a new generation of hassle free suction machines, the Medistar Aspirators in Four models, each model suitable for different end uses. Medistar Aspirators, not only have many new features, but they will also meet the aesthetics of the modern day operation theatres. our Medistar has several new features such as: High Impact ABS casing, resulting in lightweight, viz. 9 kg (against *5 Kg of steel bodies) for 4 litter machines. Besides being lightweight, ABS does not corrode, can be easily cleaned and maintained. As the case is made of ABS plastic, it has double electrical ***** the 2 and 1 litre portable models, the bottles are made of polycarbonate making the unit extra lightweight and thus easily portable.
