6. Buyers bank issues SBLC using SWIFT open to be received at Sellers Bank
7. Sellers Bank issues to Buyers Bank POP and 2% PB of one months value
8. First delivery is prepared and ready to ship upon agreed schedule
9. Seller sends full shipping documents
