Pasteurisation Sugared Whole Egg Powder is pasteurised (prior to dehydration), according to FSANZ Food Standards 1.6.2  “Processing Requirements for Egg and Egg Products”. Pasteurisation conditions are *0°C for a minimum of 3.5 minutes.
 
Shelf Life & Storage Conditions Sugared Whole Egg Powder is to be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and light, in the original packaging. Being in the original packaging ensures a SHELF LIFE OF *2 MONTHSfrom date of manufacture.
