reifned/crude/degummed ,sunflower oil refined/crude ) 

procedures : 

(1) Sellers Representative issues Soft Corporate Offer.

(2) Buyer signs/seals SCO and issues ICPO and Authorization for Soft Probe.

(3) Seller issues Draft Contract.

(4) Buyer signs/seals Draft Contract and sends it back to Seller.

(5) Seller signs/seals and sends the Final Contract to Buyer.

(6) Within 5 banking days, Buyer opens a non-operative  **0% Irrevocable Confirmed Unconditional Transferable   or Non Transferable LC.

(7) Within 5 banking days Seller provides Proof of Product  to the buyer including the EUR*1, T2L   and ISCC Certificates (bank to bank) and issues 2% 

Performance Bond, LC becomes  Operative.
       
(8) Delivery begins as per agreed delivery schedule.

- MINIMUM ORDER CRUDE OILS 1,**0 MT

- PLEASE SEND LOI/ICPO WITH A BCL , SAMPLES CAN BE ORDERED AFTER BCL


Delivery terms:

  FCA, CPT, DAP, FOB, CIF.

Shipping documents:

• Commercial invoice;

• Ocean bill of lading, railway bill, CMR/TIR;

• Packing list;

• Certificate of origin;

• Certificate of quality issued by the manufacturer;

• Certificate of weight and quantity, issued by SGS or equivalent inspector prior to loading.

• Certificate of Ownership/Act of Transfer.

The products prices are negotiable between the seller and buyer in accordance with the payment terms.

All products comply with export state standards and satisfy all ISO ****0 requirements. Manufactured at ISO & HACCP certified factory.
