Introduction
Portable sampling drill is one small drill designed per wild geological exploration requirement. Small portable sampling drills are widely applied in geology,metallurgy,hydroelectricity,railway,traffic,building materials,construction,environmental protection and so on. The available portable sampling drills at present are mostly applying top-mounted gasoline engine output gyration torsion through centrifugal clutch and reducing mechanism,while the clutch is easy to slip and have a fever(even burnout) after adding loads. At the mean time, the drill has strong shock and big noise,the operators are intend to be scalded by gasoline. These drills have narrow output rotation speed range and small drilling ability,so they have weak application to various drilling method and various hole diameter.Now the portable sampling drill applies hydraulic driven method with high reliability, stable operation, low noise and simple handling, it even can realize single operation and application.

Rationale:
The power source of the drill is gasoline engine(electric motor),its rewinding is driven by hydraulic pressure, then the promotion and feed are performed by pressure adding handwheel and pedal through sprocket chain.In drilling process, its applies mud pump to cool gyroscope and bore bit to return surface with rock fragments.With stretching underground,the required rock sample will enter into core tube continuously. When rock sample reaches scheduled depth, then you can take drilling rod out to achieve single sampling work. Repeat the above steps until complete sampling finished.
