          Over more than *0 years of construction and development, rubber tree area has spread over 3 rural districts: Chu Pah, Ia Grai, Chu Prong and regions adjacent to the Pleiku city, with *8 villages, towns and *0 ethnic communities. The company has seven plantations, one working team, processing factory, one bio-fertilizer factory and a health care center. Presently, the company manages more than *0.**0 hectares of rubber trees nationwide and invest to plant rubber and coffee trees in Lao and Cambodia with the area of *0.**0 hectares. The total number of laborers is 3.**0.
Over *0 years, the company has developed dramatically, sustainably, wholly in all fields, with strategic objectives such as increasing the area, intensively cultivating, exploiting, and processing rubber. The business result of the following year  is higher than that of the previous one. Spiritual and material living ameliorates.
The company was one of the prestigious exporting enterprises in ***1 and its products were among the Top Ten voted by Viet Trade Mark magazine. Presently, the company has some plantations with the productivity over 2 tons / hectare, striving to achieve the productivity of 1,8 ton / hectare for the whole company. The products reach the standard of ISO: ***1: ***8 criteria, exporting to the markets of China, Singapore, America, SNG community and Arab bloc.
