of a special type of valve invented by an German technician.
This special valve was originally developped to prevent irregularities and
even fraud during delivery of oil for (private )central heating systems and/or
delivery of Diesel oil to transport companies.
Other aplications of this type of valve might be possible in the industry of
pumps, valves, piping etc.

interested.
