How to use:

1. Taking an edge, pull the soft strip off the plastic film, face the gel side to the surface of tooth.

3. Repeat using the second strip.

User Guide:

1. Avoid using strip after tooth brushing. If you insist use, take 1 hour interval after tooth brushing.

2. Do not repeat using a strip since it is disposable.
