Telaroll is introduced as cooked pasteurized egg white, new easy
way for consuming egg white with no health risks.
Production and Package
Telaroll contains 100 percent pasteurized egg white (albumen) which
is processed under the most modern and hygienic condition,
pasteurized raw product wrapped in a gas impermeable, heat stable
sterilized and food grade polyethylene rolls, after then rolls are
ready for cooking process for 120 minutes in steam at 90°C.
