Loading/Unloading Loose-loaded Goods

Apollo telescopic belt conveyors are used to load or unload loose-loaded goods. This includes parcels,boxes,tire,sacks tyres,magazine bundles and paper for the graphic industry.Generally any item weighing less than *0 kg can be transported along the belt conveyor to or from a trailer or truck stationed in the docking bay.

Providing stable and safe transportation of loose-loaded cargo,the telescopic conveyor can be bolted to the ground,or run on carriage rails across the bay area servicing a number of doors.

The telescopic action is powered by a gear motor to ensure smooth and safe movement. Each section is fitted with ball bearings and roller chains on both sides;all sections extend simultaneously, increasing the overall length of the conveyor as required. This provides added strength as the parcel,tyre or whatever is transferred from section to section.
