Weak cationic Softener pearl is one kind of fatty acid amides, suitable for all kinds of textile. Impart the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel, also can be used for denim, knitted fabrics, sweaters and towel fabric as softener ,easily to dissolve, soluble in cold water,the effect of Whiteness of fabrics andcolored light is small ,low yellowing.

Dissolution method]
Pour the softener pearl  slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of ***0%,then stir and heat to ****5 degree,it need about **2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, continually stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste. Stir until the paste cool down to prevent forming film at the surface of solution. The temperature is not above *0dgree, otherwise the emulsion is hard to even because of viscosity.
