Operations instructions:

Users should adjust the capacity according to the needed filling capacity.
Firstly loosen the fixing screw on the regulating board. Then adjust the capacity regulating knob, turn to the left for the large capacity, turn to the right for the small capacity. Until adjust to the necessary capacity, screw down the fixing screw on the regulating board.
Adjust the height of worktable according to the size of filling container

Loosen two fixing screws on the worktable, move the worktable up and down by hands to reach the appropriate height, and then screw down the two fixing screws.
Filling speed adjustment
There are three grades on the belt plate of motor, quick, medium and slow. Use slow grade for large filling capacity, the filling capacity in the range of medium please use the medium grade, the quick grade for small capacity. Otherwise will damage the motor and piston sealed parts.
When use the plaster & liquid alternatively and stopped for several days
Should wash cleanly the chute, vat canister, vat seat, filling mouth and materials-out pipe, the filling mouth can be washed loosened by the spanner, the chute can be washed if loosen the connecting nut, carry on the normal filling after the every part installed firmly again.
Application of the size and length of materials out mouth. When filling the materials with the high density, should use the bigger, shorter materials-out mouth if it is small and long, should slower the filling speed. Should through the materials out mouth make sure it is normal before starting the machine for every day. Otherwise the materials can not come out, the pressure is too big to damage the piston sealed ring and motor. Cause the filling capacity not accurate.
