POLARTM Plastic Thermal Insulated Box is made from LMDPE (Linear Medium Density Polyethylene), compounded with a proven formula. It would not rust or rot and are not subject to attack by bio-organisms. In addition, it is environmental friendly since it is non-toxic, sunlight (UV) resistant and fully recyclable.

These boxes utilize our advance foam-in-place PolyUrethane (PU) insulation technology. The outer layers are also made of our proven more than *2 years quality PE polymers, which are Non-Toxic, Food Grade and Sunlight (UV) Resistant. The POLAR™ boxes are Rust & Rot Free, Long Lasting, Extremely Strong, Easy to Handle, Maintain and Clean. One Piece seamless moulded with an excellent adhesion between the internal PU & external PE providing maximum thermal insulation. The smooth seamless surface also allows easy maintenance and cleaning.

In Malaysia, we are the pioneers in rotational moulding for over *2 years. Employing advance compounding technology and facilities, we produce high quality compounded materials that give maximum life span and durability to our range of product at minimum cost. In addition, our product is one-piece seamless moulded as compare to other products in the market which was joint welded.
