Thermal recycling extraction units applies to the extraction,
concentration, diacolation, extraction of naphtha, reclaim of the
alcohol of the heat sensitive materials. For instance, the
traditional process in lines of plants, animals, Chinese
traditional medicine, food additive, etc, in which the material is
extracted first and condensed later, is changed to the way of
extract and condense at the same time. Also, the whole unit can
meet the needs of several kinds of extract requirements such as
negative, normal and positive pressure, in which the water or
alcohol distill process can be applied. Input the Chinese
traditional medicine being shredded, prepared, mixed according to
prescription into the extraction tank and add the solvent (the
kinds of solvent and quantity added should be subjected to the
process), of which the quantity is five to ten times that of the
medicine, then after marinating it for some time, open the steam
valve to heat with the sheaf heating up normally. And after heating
up the straight steam (only applied for water and aromatic oil
distilling) for a set time of steam and distill, take the
distilling liquid with high-temperature continuously from the
bottom of distill tank to the duplicate filter (with regard to the
medicine with high level filtering requirement, centrifugal
filtration and high speed separation should be taken into use) by
coarse filtering through the filter between each other, and then
into the condense tank to make the condensate formed. And then
transport the condensate through liquid collected tank continuously
back to the distill tank by pump. After that, the steam generated
from the distill tank enters into the heaters thermal resource of
evaporator. On heat exchanging in the heater, the condensate enters
into the liquid collected tank while the remaining steam also comes
into it, which is formed as condensate transporting back to the
liquid collected tank, and then the condensate in the tank is taken
back into the distill tank by pump as new solvent. All the steam
generated by impregnant in this way are formed as condensate by
heat exchanging and transported back into the distill tank, and
then we can make full use of the indirect steam in the condense
process when distilling the liquid. Right in this way, the
equipment has perfect performance in the aspects of energy
conservation and impregnant balance keeping. 1. Production time

for the traditional process, but in this process, both the distill
and condense processes are centralized in a unit to develop at the
