Thermoplastic is a material which turns soft and moldable after heated in suitable temperature (****0°C) and solidifies upon cooling. With this character it's an ideal material for fabrication of orthosis, external immobilization and rehabilitation aids.
Polyeasy ® pre-cut series is suitable for different body parts, including finger, wrist, elbow, arm, shoulder, head, neck, trunk, knee, ankle, foot and leg. According to the user's age, body type, we can use different thickness of 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm, and different holes of 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm and 3.2mm to cut into any shape to satisfy customer's requirement.
