Product Description

1. The machine equips CNC (GSK system): control X, Y, Z, Z1, W spindles.
2. X axis motor is servo motor, the servo motor drive screw bar rotary, which realize work table moves in X axis.
3. Z axis infeed motor is servo motor, infeed motor drive the spindle box move in Z axis through gear box, which can realize the drilling cutter infeed.
4. Spindle box motor is inverter motor, drive the spindle rotary; control the motor's speed through the CNC system.
5. Basic parts like machine bed, box, working table, base foundation are casting by super iron.
6. Euips special cool system, which can provide high pressure, large volum flow cutting liquid. Mainly consist of high pressure pump station, paper filter, and oil chambers.
7. Euip auto chip remove device, which can transport the chips auotmaticly.
8. Euip oil tempature auto control system,which can control the oil temperature automatically, which can protect the cutting liquid derterioration.
9. X, Z axis' guide rail is ball straight line guide rail.
