XY- 3I **0×***0 Three-roll rubber calender

1Frame is made from cast iron,by heat annealing treatment process and has dependable stability.

2 Roll bearing block is made from cast steel,by heat annealing treatment process and have a lubricate hole.

3 Driving method is that main motor works through the speed reducer,then pass the universal coupling running,each bearing relatively revolve.

4 The reducer is harden finished gearbox reducer,single shaft,and own speed changing device,according to difference technical requirement,change ratio speed through the shift gear.

Reducer’s gear bearing lubrication: the compulsion thin oil lubrication, has the circulating oil pump.

5 Roll：

Type：Bored roll；

The material is alloy chilled iron roll(LTG-H);the hardeness of working surface is HS*8~*2°.

6 Nip adjustment：

Type：Motor adjustment；

Install location:1#, 4# roll

Two sides of each roll install 1 set of nip adjustment device,can realize the one-sided adjustment and two-sided adjusts at the same time.

7 Two sides of roll bearing adopt rolling bearing, roll bearing lubricater is thin oil lubricating with independent lubrication oil pump stand,and is controlled by motor.When start the lubrication oil pump,can’t start the main body,should keep the equipment at the lubrication station.

8 Stock guide：

Install location：between 1#、2# roll；

The material isnylon *6；

The stock guide can move，the max.adjustment range ***0mm.

9 Roll speed adjustment: Adopt DC motore and DC governor.

DC motor adopt Hangzhou Hengli motor.

DC governor: America PARKER(Original European Continent)

*0 The roll temperature control device

It is included the rotory joint and spray pide etc..

Adjustment method：Manual regulation

When each roll is entered the steam and the cooling water, we install separately independent valve to control each roll, operate temperature through adjusting roll working temperature.

*1 Fixed width cutting device(Users can choose)

Install location：3# roll

It’s used for the film side cutting , the cutter spacing can be the manual regulation.

*2 Other electric appliance part uses the Chinese Zhengtai electric appliance etc. quality product.
