Add this product into the steel ladle before tapping. As the molten steel flows into the ladle from a higher position, intensive mixing occurs in molten steel and slag, and the steel is emulsified by the  molten steel, then aggregated and floated up. The oxygen in the steel can be removed effectively with Si Feã€�SiMn as a result of the strong reducibility and deoxidizing ability of the synthetic slag. Also, the slag is effective in absorbing solid oxidized products and floating up together with them. Furthermore, as the synthetic slag is a strong alkaline slag, it can be used as desulfurizing agent and de-oxygen agent as well, therefore achieves rapid desulfurizing and deoxidizing in a few minutes instead of the diffusion deoxidizing method which takes us more time to finish the task.
