Ting sha also called Taa in Nepali or Tibetan Bells in Tibetan are small, thick surface with round circular shape. Ting- Sha have been used since ancient times in Nepal as a traditional musical instrunment used for functions like for meditation, praying, singing, chanting, ritual oferings, festival celebration etc by various religion. This Tingsha have been also used by Tibetan Buddhists to prepare for meditation and nowa days for healing and sound therapy treatment. When the two pieces strike each other they produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation. When they are suspended horizontally and struck together, a delightful, oscillating wave of sound seems to pass between them as they reverberate at a high frequency, creating an impressive symphony of haunting sounds. Ting- sha are also for clearing space, and the healing and balancing of auric fields. The sound of ting- sha is like a summons and produces soothing musical sound. This Tingsha can be crafted & carved with various designs and symbols on the outer surface like Asta Mandala, Asta mangal- 8 eight auspicious symbol, Dragon Carvings, Bajra (Thunderbolt) Carvings, Various Religious Symbols, Tibetan Chants like OM Mani Padme Hum or Plain and more designs with various colors and patterns. It is having design of asta mangal - eight auspicious good luck symbols. Its size is 7 cm in diameter and weight around **0 grams per set.
