Tl Series Steam Turbine Oil Separator
 
TL series steam turbine oil separator is an outstanding product approved and acknowledged by China Electric Power Ministry. The machine adopts the latest advanced technology and gathers in itself the technique of gravity settlement, coalescence-separation, absorbing, centrifugal separation, pressure filtering etc. It has the unique ability of breaking emulsion, dehydration, degassing and removing solid particulates and other impurities from oil. TL Series Steam turbine oil separator is an ideal equipment to treat steam turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil on-line.
To meet customers special demands, our company developed TL-B semi-automatic steam turbine oil separator, TL-Q automatic steam turbine oil separator and TL-Ex anti-explosion steam turbine oil separator for different requirements and working conditions.
 
Application
TL series steam turbine oil separator can be commonly used for on-line steam turbine oil filtration in power generation, metallurgy and chemical engineering industries. TL series steam turbine oil separator is good at emulsion breaking, dehydration and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified steam turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as steam turbine oil used in other machinery and electrical equipment.
 
Characteristics
Adopting coalescence separation technique and three-dimensional flash distillation technique, it has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil.
Optimized electric heating system with automatic constant temperature controller ensures the oil temperature to be even and stable.
Precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove different kinds of impurities with high quality filter elements which have better ability of containing pollutants and long service life.
Advanced infrared oil level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.
It can purify all kinds of steam turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.
Air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation chamber so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump and avoid the inconvenience of water cooling.
TL series steam turbine oil separator can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours (its optional).
Aluminum electric control cabinet has the merits of heat conducting and anti-explosion.
The automatic series model has the following merits:
Automatic oil separator series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
TL series steam turbine oil separator is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.
