Product Description

Toffee is called soft boiled confectionery made by sugar along with butter and milk. It is popular among young along with the children. Manufacturing Process: First all certain ingredients are added in the batch homogenizer to prepare a homogenized mixture. Then mixture put into the toffee cooker for cooking. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the toffee mass is collected on the water circulating cooling table for cooling. A pulling machine is used to set the toffee batch by which the flavor gets uniformly mixed in the batch. After the toffee mass cools down it is then transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch into a uniform rope of the required size. The rope is then fed into the automatic cutting & wrapping machine where rope get cut in to the required length and than wrapped with paper automatically to get the final product.
