Track Rollers Bearings are self-retaining, single or double row units with particularly thick-walled outer rings. These bearings can support axial forces in both directions as well as high radial forces. The bearing outer rings have a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. Designs with a crowned outside surface are used where there is misalignment in relation to the raceway and edge stresses must be avoided. The track rollers are available with an inner ring, with a stud and with a plastic type on the outer ring. Constructed from balls, rollers or an economical sector pin design .Tracking roller bearings are specially designed to withstand heavy rolling or shock loads on track type and cam controlled equipment for automotive, industrial and airframe applications.Track rollers are characterized by thick-walled outer rings that run directly on a track. This permits high load-carrying capability while minimizing distortion and bending stresses. These bearings, which contain a full complement of needle rollers, are available in two basic designs: with an inner ring for straddle mounting in a yoke or with an integral stud for cantilever mounting. A screwdriver slot or hexagonal wrench socket in the head of the stud facilitates mounting. Sealed designs with internal thrust washers help extend service life under conditions of infrequent relubrication.Track runner bearings are designed to run on all types of tracks and to be used in cam drivers, conveyor systems, etc. These bearings have a thick-walled outer ring, which enable them to accommodate shock loads, while reducing distortion and bending stresses.The outer ring running surface is crowned as standard. This is beneficial for applications where angular misalignment relative to the track may occur or where edge stresses need to be minimized. With the exception of single row cam rollers, track runner bearings are also available with a cylindrical (flat) outer ring running surface.
