Transparent Filler Masterbatch is a kind of advanced modified Filler MB made of inorganic transparent powder material and other special additives. Its refraction is similar to polyolefin plastics. When the application ratio is around ***0%, the transparency of HDPE film is distinctly improved. And it will not affect the transparency of LDPE film.When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products. I. Main Application It is used for first and mid grade polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting, wire drawing, etc. II. Technique Index 1. Granule size for inorganic transparent powder: *0μm 2. Whiteness : *8% 3. Application ratio: Mix transparent filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio of 8% to over than *5% (different ratio decided by the product and user). III. Product Characteristics Compare to normal filler MB, transparent filler MB is with below superiority: 1. With small gravity, it will remain parts of the physical and mechanical property of plastic products. 2. Transparent Filler MB is with good dispersing quality to assure the smooth appearance of plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printing quality of surface for first and mid grade plastic products. 3. Transparent filler MB is with good heating seal property and certain anti-adhesive property. 4. Since the transparent powder material is introduced, under same application ratio to normal filler MB, the effect on transparency of material is distinctly reduced. IV. Remarks Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place. Transparent Filler MB is easily to absorb moisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package.
