We are Robles del Monte S.A. an enterprise located in Managua, Nicaragua; we have been dedicated to the marketing of different areas for the last *5 years, we are a family owned and run business. During the last two years we have been developing a joint venture with the Chinese Enterprise Beijing Sanjin Honest International Trade Co. Ltd., located in Beijing, China. We are currently dedicated to the extraction and exportation of exotic hardwoods that had been affected by Hurricane Felix in the northern region of the country; and Hurricane Ida on the southern Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua. Besides cleaning up the forest by removing fallen trees, we are also giving way to natural regeneration of the forest; we have designated a fund for reforestation which will plant five trees for every single tree removed. We are exporting the wood as planed timbers or we can cut to order on the buyers request; we are also sending raw materials to China where the factory there can make interior flooring, outdoor flooring, ceiling panels, all types of moldings, and any other type of finished material that our customers might require. High quality fine furniture with beautiful Chinese handcrafted designs carved by hand is also available. We work directly with Indigenous Community Forestry Cooperatives. They are the owners of the forests we are working in. They are also doing the extracting of the timber for us to process. Working directly with them, we are able to help these indigenous families generate income. Robles del Monte is the marketing and processing tool for the indigenous people to get their products into the international arena, as well as all the legalization and financing.
