Storage & Distribution: Boxes are closed at all times & store at below **8 °C.

Best Before: *4 months from Production Date.

Instruction for use:

• When thawed keep chilled at below *4°C or *8 °F.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Thaw under refrigeration, remove from vacuum package before thawing.
• Use immediately after thawing. 

Raw Material:

• Regular grade raw material, fresh red colour / natural even colour, compact, elastic texture, natural flavour, no      honey comb, no sashi.
• Raw material from fresh Saku size 3kg up or from whole grilled hutted tuna *0kg up.
• Result from Tuna Saku whole cutting steps is by Hand Cut. 

Rejected: Second grade condition subjected to buyers spec. No Sashi guaranteed.

Size and Measurement Range:

• Lengtht: 5 cm to 7 cm.
• Length: 0.*0 cm to 1cm.
• Weight: *2 grams to *4 grams per slice. 

Piece Count:

• 8 pcs to 9 pcs per **0g tray.
• (Important 1 tray must have **0g net weight product).

• 5 kgs / box for **0g Nigiri: contain **0 trays.
• Each box sealed with transparent tape with two side white strapping band.
• Printing of cartons as per buyer request. Product information will be printed on four sides stating information of product, date of package, expiry date, net weight, allergen info, country of origin, nutrition fact (by request only!) etc.
• If required, we can print nutrition fact, information of product, allergen info on blank vacuum bag.
• The vacuum bag will wrap with PE Foam sheet to protect the product. 

Freezing Arrangement: Freeze with skin side-up.

Finished End Spec:

• Fresh red colour / natural (even colour or light red to pink colour).
• No Rainbow, no heavy string, smooth surface, straight slice and natural square shape.
• Natural Taste (no excessive CO taste), no indication histamine (itchy taste).
