In general, brick making process divides to four processes:(1) raw material treatment;(2) brick making;(3) dry for brick;(4) firing for brick, every process will have great effect for the brick products, so we plan to control by microprocessor to reduce the mistake of people and increase the quality of products.

Equipments of clay brick-making production line :

1. box feeder:

Box Feeder is one of feeder’s equipments which balances and rations the materials that you feed in. By adjusting the height of flashboard and the speed of conveyor belt, it will control the quantity of feed-in raw materials, balance pug and internal combustion material proportionally, and crush the large soft mud.

 2. Roller Crusher

The brick roller crusher is one of series auxiliary brick making machines, it is used for crushing the raw materials such as clay, coal gangue Etc.

Function feature: Improving the quality of brick by crushing the raw materials more finely. 

3. Double shaft mixer

(1) Double shaft mixer is mainly used to mix the shale, coal gangue, and slag etc thoroughly by its two screw blade shafts. The main wearing parts are alloy wear-resistant material, and the mixing shaft has been heat treated, making the machine have a long service life and reducing its cost.

(2) Double shaft mixer is also applicable to the steaming fly ash brick production line, the aerated concrete block production line, and the clay brick vacuum extruder production line, chemical and mineral industry etc. . 

4. Vacuum Extruder:
